At JC Metalworks we strive to make sure your custom decor reaches you safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process, including shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: Each order is custom-made, which requires production time. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships.
  • Order Processing: Once completed, orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost; estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to:

  • Domestic: Australia

Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes based on the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

We work with reliable carriers, but occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs). If your order is delayed, please contact us at [Your Contact Email], and we’ll assist in tracking your package.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
