Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not entirely pleased with your custom laser-cut decor, we’re here to help.
Returns and Refund Eligibility

Custom Items: Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check product details, sizes, colors, and specifications before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom or standard items, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it if the item is in its original, unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to replace the item or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at jc_metalworks@outlook.com, providing:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We aim to respond to refund inquiries within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs
Refunds on items that are not defective will not include original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
